Hey, I’m Charlotte.
I’m a qualified Nutritionist and Exercise Rehab Specialist, but more importantly, I’m someone who had to rebuild from the ground up.
I used to be naturally active working in the horse industry. Then I became unwell and went from carrying my toddler for miles to struggling to walk to the park. My first deadlift was 0.5kg in each hand, and it hurt. Eight years later, I lift 75kg.
I don’t coach people from the top of the mountain. I coach them from the path, because I’ve walked it.
I work with busy women who are tired of yo-yo dieting and want long-term health, strength, confidence and to look good in the mirror without burning out or starting over every few months.
I’m not here to sell you quick fixes, detox teas, or “next Monday plans”. We train smart, we fuel properly, and we build something that lasts.
I blend expertise with honesty, structure with realism, and yes, some humour along the way. Change doesn’t have to be crushing. It just has to be consistent.
